how we handle website visits, enquiries and waitlist requests.

section 01
who this policy covers
artificial hedge operates this public website to share our financial and mathematical model research and receive enquiries and waitlist requests. this policy describes that website activity, including enquiries about fx-1, fx-1 lite and dipcatcher.
it does not describe a production model API, trading service or customer account system. any future service that processes additional information will need its own relevant terms and privacy information.
our enquiry form requests your name, work email address and message. your organisation is optional. the form also sends the enquiry context selected on the website: your interest, model and subscription tier, where applicable.
submission details used for email delivery and spam prevention accompany your message. please provide information you are authorised to share and limit personal information to what is needed for your enquiry.
section 03
form delivery and spam protection
submitting the form sends your information directly to FormSubmit, which processes the submission and forwards it to our email inbox. your email address is used so we can reply.
the submission flow uses Google reCAPTCHA for spam prevention. these providers may process technical information and use security cookies; reCAPTCHA sets a security cookie when it runs.
the website is hosted on Vercel. hosting and security systems may process request information such as your IP address, browser details, requested URL, request time, referring page and diagnostic or error information. this supports page delivery, troubleshooting and protection against abuse. see the Vercel privacy notice.
the current website does not run analytics or advertising trackers. the form provider and CAPTCHA flow may use security cookies and process technical information as described above and in their policies.
section 05
how we use information
we use enquiry information to:
read and respond to your message;
manage the waitlist or access request you choose to submit;
contact you about that request, including relevant availability updates;
understand research, collaboration and integration enquiries;
protect the website, prevent misuse and meet applicable legal obligations.
the current website does not save contact messages in browser storage, run model inference on submitted messages or automatically send those messages into a model-training process.
section 06
who receives information
information needed to deliver and handle your enquiry may be processed by our form, CAPTCHA, hosting and email providers, and by people authorised to handle enquiries for artificial hedge.
we may also disclose information where required by applicable law or where reasonably necessary to investigate misuse, protect rights or respond to a lawful request. provider processing is governed by the relevant service arrangements and provider policies.
section 07
how long information is kept
we retain enquiry emails and waitlist records for as long as reasonably needed to handle the request and maintain the relevant correspondence, taking account of applicable legal obligations and any need to resolve a dispute. the appropriate period depends on the request; we do not set a single retention period for every message.
FormSubmit states that its submission archive retains form submissions for 30 days. this is separate from retention in our email inbox and from any technical records held by providers. see the FormSubmit documentation.
we use reasonable measures appropriate to this website and its enquiry workflow to protect information and limit access. no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
our providers may process information in countries other than the one where you live, including through hosting infrastructure and email systems. applicable rules may govern that processing and any international transfer. contact us for information about the providers and handling arrangements relevant to your enquiry.
section 09
your choices and applicable rights
you can choose not to submit the form, ask to leave a waitlist or tell us that you no longer want updates about your request.
depending on the law that applies, you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal information, restrict or object to processing, receive a portable copy, or withdraw consent where processing relies on consent. legal exceptions may apply, and withdrawal does not affect processing that was lawful before it.
send requests to advaith@artificialhedge.co. we may need information to verify your identity before acting. where applicable, you may also raise a concern with the relevant data-protection authority.
section 10
updates and contact
we may update this policy when the website, providers or information practices change. the date above identifies the latest version. where applicable law requires additional notice, we will provide it.
